All courses will be well-marked with flagging and signed so runners will stay on route. Sections will be flagged the day before with reusable materials. Course markings for race distances will be the same, but signage will be in different colors and placed clearly so runners can direct themselves. Special signage will be posted at road crossings for runner safety and vehicle awareness.

Runners should review their respective course maps to be familiar with the route.

Aid stations (Halford Rd and Richardson Creek Trail) will be supplied with water, electrolytes, fruit, chips, energy gels. We encourage people to bring their own reusable flasks or cups for water and electrolyte refills to make this a minimal waste event!
